WFS (Workforce Staffing) Marketing is seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Analytics leader to help shape the future of WFS Marketing. WFS is responsible for the attraction and hiring of the hourly operations workforce. In 2019 we hired over 700k hourly associates in North America and the EU, and are forecasted to deliver 1M+ hires in 2020.Are you motivated by building teams, solving tough problems, business-focused and have a passion for Marketing? The successful candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, have an affinity for building from scratch, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced, complex and ever-changing environment.We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to work with our leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a natural curiosity about solving problems, identifying the right metrics to inspect the business, and to help leaders make great data driven decisions. You will work with a highly collaborative team, and have direct influence over analytical roadmaps, establishment of key performance metrics, dashboards and report development. You'll be responsible for working with senior leadership within Marketing and, at times, directly with WFS business leadership to provide data and insights into WFS Marketing initiatives. You'll be able to bring your unique talents, skills, and expertise to shape the direction of our Marketing team.Core responsibilities include:* Serve as the Digital Analytics Data Steward for WFS Marketing and be the SME on where and how to access digital data, be able to explain complex implementations, and will ensure the data hygiene and availability of digital data.* Consult in discovery workshops to translate business needs into digital tagging specification and configure web analytics systems, as needed, to ensure proper data capture to inform effective business decisions.* Collaborate with development and engineering teams to deploy analytics integrations using a data layer and tag management solution.* Day-to-day management of the marketing automation tools including: reporting, integrations (and connectors), users, engagement, monitoring, day-to-day functions and upkeep of platform component assurance or user acceptance testing of analytics site* Serve as the administrator and lead Adobe consultant to data end-users and support ongoing maintenance of analytics implementations, including the accuracy and improvement of digital analytics data capture, systems, and tools.* Maintain up-to-date knowledge on industry trends, emerging technologies, and new methodologies for utilization in finding innovative ways to perform data capture and derive valuable insights.* Design and implement governance infrastructure to protect and maintain the integrity of our digital data including solution design reference and technical specifications* Understand The Company's MarTech stack, including the technical systems, operational and marketing processes that create user and business value, in order to clearly communicate and drive the desired outcome* Represent Marketing in the WFS Data and Analytics Community. Partner and collaborate with peers and power users on best practices, prioritization of feature additions and input to the ongoing product roadmap* Be a "do-er" as well as a leader - be a data and analytics expert that your team can turn to for assistance. Be able to produce individual analytics and guide individual contributors across the team as well.Basic Qualifications* BA/BS Degree in Marketing, Business or IT; Master's degree in Database Management, Marketing Technology,* 8+ years of experience in an analytical/statistics-focused position, preferably a mix as a digital analyst and implementation specialist* 5+ years of proven experience with digital analytics software (e.g.; Adobe Analytics), web development technology, and content managem
