SUMMARYThis role is Regional in nature and will support the company's robotic business. It will have complementary responsibility to achieve robotic utilization targets, develop account specific marketing plans based on national strategies in line with the Robotic Marketing Program, assist capital sales in market analysis, and assist in account execution. The Consumer Communications Manager, Robotics will develop and execute Marketing plans and implementation for new and existing robotics customers. This role reports to the Global Director, Consumer Communications and will work in close connection with the National Market Development Manager, Robotics to assist the Robotics commercial leadership team to:Consult with all new accounts as assigned to ensure marketing support and continuity from launch of new robotic program through expiration of all marketing program fundsDeliver expert marketing advice for existing customersDevelop account specific programs, campaigns and execution plans for all robotics customers' market development initiatives in line with the national robotic marketing programManage account marketing contracts, associated finances, track and report monthly account balancesTrack and analyze campaign ROI and identified metrics for all assigned accountsBe the client-facing representative and main contact for the company as assignedSupport Regional Business Development Managers as needed at implementation meetings and business reviewsSupport Regional Managers in capital sales market research and presentationsBe the market landscape expert in assigned region in regards to marketing trends, competitive program locations, marketing messages and tactics, and strategic opportunitiesThe Consumer Communications Manager, Robotics is a vital role in implementing and driving U.S. consumer marketing strategy for Smith and Nephew robotics customers. The position is responsible for ensuring responsible assignment of robotic marketing program funds, ROI tracking and reporting, and market landscape expertise. The position will lead consultative meetings with customers, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors in the marketing management of robotics accounts.Execute robotics businesses strategy for implementation and ongoing support in marketing assigned customer accountsResponsible for helping drive national utilization of robotic proceduresSupport Regional Business Development Managers in facilitating Implementation of Marketing programs at new robotic installations regionallySupport Regional Managers in researching market landscape and opportunitiesEstablish strong working relationships with Robotics and Joint Reconstruction field Sales leadershipGain and maintain a business level knowledge of the robotic product line, and how it relates to other Smith and Nephew products in the Adult Reconstruction market as well as compares to competitive products and systemsImplement programs designed to utilize and promote SandN Orthopaedic product line as a means to enhance a medical practice and robotic utilizationServes as a liaison between the robotics Clinical Sales Organization, customer sites, internal and third party vendors.Essential Functions:Implements national strategy to support robotics customers, grow patient volume, and influence regional salesProvides expert Marketing advice, and presents marketing plans, to new and existing robotics customersTracks and analyzes ROI and other campaign metrics for customer and internal reportingManages budget, invoicing and payments, and all finances associated with available funds through customer contractsRequirements:Travel Up to 50%Education Bachelor's degree required.
