CVS Health Senior Analyst - Pharmacy Technician in Scottsdale, Arizona

Job Description

The Senior Consultant may provide initial new hire training and on-going training for all staff. This position is responsible for administering audit and claim review programs, as well as the lead for the creation and maintenance of audit and/or claim review programs. As a lead, the Senior Consultant role will involve independent tracking, implementation, and meeting with internal and external parties, as well as decision-making to best accomplish business objectives for CVS Caremark clients. This position supports pharmacy audit standards by independently developing and creating new reports to review trend by pharmacy utilization and medication consumption. This position is also responsible for the execution of the Quality Check of audit processes, evaluation of staff claim selection, and to perform additional drug modeling for staff education. All of the above position duties require a high level of independent thinking, ability to successfully adapt to a fast-paced work environment with limited supervision, aptitude to create new tools for pharmacy trending from scratch and a deep understanding of the PBM and enterprise pharmacy environment. The senior consultant coordinates manual adjustments of reviewed claims, develops complex reporting to support our clients, supports team education and training materials, and monitors a variety of client request inboxes.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years pharmacy experience required

Preferred Qualifications
