CVS Health Sales Operations Advisor in Scottsdale, Arizona

Job Description

The Sales Operations Communications Advisor is a multi-faceted role responsible for developing professional communications that provide sales and account teams the information they need to serve pharmacy benefit management (PBM) clients. This role owns the publication of a longstanding weekly newsletter sent to an audience of approximately 3,000 internal sales, account team and internal partners. This role is also responsible for executing a business continuity process that ensures account teams have resources to share our enterprise response to disaster events. Additionally, this role collaborates on a range of ad hoc operational communication support needs, including the development of project-specific communication plans. This position will:- Manage a weekly internal newsletter, editing submitted content, writing articles where needed and consistently publishing on a deadline - Consult directly with requesters and internal partners to ensure content is clear, and applicability by line of business is addressed - Collaborate across the enterprise to provide visibility to planned communications and to help ensure client relationships across business units are fully contemplated- Innovate to identify news ways to execute communications, simplify messages and reduce work for account teams- Communicate CVS Health response to disaster events to account teams, requiring some support outside of standard working hours- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to plan and execute ad hoc projects

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of writing/editing experience - 3+ years of project management and organizational experience- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Salesforce CRM experience- Graphic design skills/experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous PBM client-facing experience- Excellent written and verbal communication skills interfacing with all levels- Attention to detail with process quality mindset- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently- Demonstrated capability to deliver work in a multi-project team-oriented environment


Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
