CVS Health Medicare Financial Consultant - Senior in Scottsdale, Arizona

Job Description

In this position, you will support the process for the creation and submission of Medicare Part D pricing files, as well as the HPMS Formulary Submission Process. You will act as a liaison between Information Systems, operations and other functional areas to identify and lead the implementation of CMS pricing file requirements. You will coordinate efforts with internal partners to identify and ensure timelines are met by coordinating and leading internal partner activities for all pricing file generation and submissions.

As the Medicare Financial Consultant – Senior you will be responsible for:

• Participating cross-functionally to ensure Center of Medicaid/Medicare Services (CMS) compliance with pricing file requirements.

• Annual implementation of all clients, bi-weekly maintenance and quality assurance.

• Attending/leading meetings to keep business partners apprised of updates as they are made available.

• Creating implementation plans to detail current processes and development efforts.

• Building strong internal business partner relationships.

• Performing final quality reviews, to ensure precise reporting.

• Managing new projects and appropriately prioritizing them to ensure enhancements are synced to minimize production issues and to meet all CMS required timelines.

Required Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years relevant work experience, with preference to sales, account management or administrative experience

• Advanced use of computer software applications, e. g. Excel, Word, Visio, Access

Education

Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent work experience.
