Position Summary

The Finance Operations Manager position requires an ambitious, motivated, and eager individual, looking to work for an industry-leading, Fortune 5 company. The position is a part of our 340B Financial Operations Billing department, a dynamic and skilled group, which manages the Financial Operations for CVS Health’s Wellpartner business. The Manager will play an instrumental role in the success of our department, as we help people on their path to better health.

The candidate will be responsible oversight of Mid-Month and Monthly financial cycles, as well as, providing support to CVS Finance. The role will consistently demonstrate strong financial acumen and logical decision-making. The ideal candidate must be able to supervise staff and regulate work loads of staff as well as work with both Wellpartner and CVS organizations and departments to deliver on key enterprise initiatives. This candidate must also adhere to internal controls through documenting and retaining support for both internal and external requests. They must have a proven track record managing multiple initiatives with strict deadlines, delivering best in class service to internal and external partners, identifying business and client requirements associated with department deliverables, and resolving complex processes/requests through creative and sustainable solutions. The candidate will need to be comfortable organizing cross-functional teams to support larger organizational efforts and facilitate internal and external discussions to identify and/or resolve issues.

This Hybrid Role will be reporting to the Scottsdale, AZ office. Current schedule is Tuesday-Thursday in office but would need to be flexible to meet any future business needs including 5 days in office and/or change of in office days dependent on team requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Accounting and finance experience (AR and/or AP)

  • Leadership / Supervisory experience

  • Account reconciliation

  • Accounting software experience

  • Excel mid to high level skill

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of PBM industry

  • Direct report management

  • Recent SAP experience

  • 340B program knowledge is preferred, but not required

  • SQL query use and design (or able to learn)

  • Project management experience is useful but not required

EducationBachelor's degree required or equivalent experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$60,300.00 - $132,600.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
