Higher Education Field Sales Representative in San Juan, Puerto Rico

Job Brief:

We’re seeking a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills. Your role will involve actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects. You’ll provide complete and appropriate solutions to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.


  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields (preferred).

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Selling Products and Services:

  2. Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers across Puerto Rico and Caribbean Islands.

  3. Perform cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers.

  4. Building Relationships:

  5. Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.

  6. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.

  7. Customer Satisfaction:

  8. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

  9. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

  10. Collaboration:

  11. Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.

  12. Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and provide reports on customer needs and interests.

  13. Continuous Learning:

  14. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
