BMO Financial Group Administrative Specialist/Senior Administrative Assistant in San Francisco, California

Description:

Group:

  • Very fast-paced, friendly but a demanding one.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Phone coverage

  • Managing multiple calendars and contacts within MS Office

  • Arranging complex travel arrangements (international, various destinations)

  • Photocopy & bind

  • Expense processing

  • Data Entry into Salesforce / Report generating

  • Creating and editing various documents in MS Office

  • Monitoring suppliers - for office supplies and technologies

  • Onboarding / Off boarding Employees

  • Creating and maintaining hardcopy and softcopy filing systems

  • Interacting their teams and those they support and teams in Chicago and Atlanta

Qualifications:

Must Have Skills:

  • 5-7 years of previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Good knowledge of Outlook, Word, Intermediate Excel, PowerPoint (2010) and Salesforce

  • Strong experience completing expense reports, arranging travel (domestic and international) and managing calendars.

  • Experience setting up for meetings/conferences

  • Ability to manage multiple calendars in Outlook

  • Previous event planning experience - client dinners and/or 100-200 people

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to be a team player (Is a must)

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with a Customer Relations Management (CRM) Tool

  • Project experience - database type ones

  • Experience in another bank

  • University degree
