- Very fast-paced, friendly but a demanding one.
Managing multiple calendars and contacts within MS Office
Arranging complex travel arrangements (international, various destinations)
Photocopy & bind
Data Entry into Salesforce / Report generating
Creating and editing various documents in MS Office
Monitoring suppliers - for office supplies and technologies
Onboarding / Off boarding Employees
Creating and maintaining hardcopy and softcopy filing systems
Interacting their teams and those they support and teams in Chicago and Atlanta
Must Have Skills:
5-7 years of previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
Good knowledge of Outlook, Word, Intermediate Excel, PowerPoint (2010) and Salesforce
Strong experience completing expense reports, arranging travel (domestic and international) and managing calendars.
Experience setting up for meetings/conferences
Ability to manage multiple calendars in Outlook
Previous event planning experience - client dinners and/or 100-200 people
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to be a team player (Is a must)
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with a Customer Relations Management (CRM) Tool
Project experience - database type ones
Experience in another bank
Big picture thinker
Strong customer service skills and interpersonal skills
Confident, professional and polished demeanor
Strong attention to detail
Strong ability to multi-tasking
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team and manage one’s time
Logical and has the ability to use good judgement
