The purpose of Quality Director is to provide senior level ownership, guidance and participation within a growing team of Quality Test Engineers and technicians to produce best-in-class, fully featured, highly reliable Industrial 3D printers. The QTE team is responsible for verifying all requirements set forth by the product team at various stages in the product development process as well as verifying ongoing reliability and any corrective action determined through the life of a product.


  • Collaborate with senior management and customer facing teams to set quality benchmarks.

  • Develop, coach and ensure best practices in accordance with industry standards and customer expectations

  • Identify internal and external quality control processes, and implement appropriate actions and verifications to continually improve quality across the organization.

  • Plan and Execute tests to ensure prototype and final product adherence to the company, industry and regulatory standards.

  • Owner of QMS (Quality Management System), Product Reliability, Corrective Action, Regulatory Compliance, DVT (Device verification testing).

  • Develop quality standards and ensure acceptable quality of all products: DLP based 3P printing systems and subsystems, photopolymer printing materials, and peripheral products.


  • Degree in Engineering or Quality Management

  • 10+ years in a Quality Leadership role

  • 5+ years hand-on Quality/Test Engineering Experience

  • 3+ years of experience leading QTE (Quality and Test Engineering) teams

  • 3+ years of experience working across all functions in the product lifecycle

  • 3+ years of experience leading Regulatory processes in either the Industrial, Medical, Aerospace or Automotive spaces


  • Experience with budgeting and leadership of a multi-functional team

  • 4+ years of work experience working with senior-level executives

  • Experience building, mentoring and growing quality teams from the ground up

  • Knowledge of 3-D printing or additive manufacturing environments

  • Knowledge of 3-D printing or additive manufacturing environments
