SOLUTE is seeking a contracts analyst to directly support the company’s rapidly growing Federal Government sector. The successful candidate will efficiently administer the provisioning, review, and execution of contract modifications and similar contract deliverables. The environment is extremely dynamic due to the pace of contract awards and the variety of contract agreements that must be administered.
Issue, track, negotiate and implement subcontract and independent contractor agreements, including but not limited to implement non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, policies, and processes contract modifications.
Issue purchase orders, including modifications.
Prepare solicitations, analyze and evaluate bids and proposals, to include Price/Cost Analysis and Source Selection, to ensure they meet company policy and department operating procedures.
Identifies contract and subcontract issues and develops solutions.
Participate in and may lead negotiating and modifying standard subcontract provisions and assists in negotiating and modifying non-standard contracts/subcontracts.
Review, draft as necessary, and negotiate terms and conditions of non-disclosure and teaming agreements.
Advise management of contractual rights and obligations and provide review and interpretation of terms and conditions.
Represent the organization as an administrative contact on assigned contracts and make presentations as required.
Maintain, analyze, update, and develop various electronic and hard copy records.
Maintain an awareness of regulatory changes and their impact on contracts, including export considerations.
Participate in the selection, development, and training of contract staff.
Utilize MS Office Suite, SAP and other applications.
Perform other duties as assigned or required.
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience
Must possess the ability to quickly grasp new concepts; apply them accurately throughout an evolving environment; organize, schedule and coordinate multiple work phases; and determine the appropriate approach at the task or project level.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team; capable of representing the organization as a primary contact on contract matters with program management, vendors, and customers and, provide leadership to less experienced professional employees on projects.
Issue, track, negotiate and implement contract and independent contractor agreements.
Issue, track, negotiate, and implement non-disclosure agreements and teaming agreements with subcontractors.
Prepare and review purchase orders, including modifications.
Draft and issue RFP documents to subcontractors.
The ability to obtain a Department of Defense Security Clearance.
