Under limited supervision, plans and reviews assigned projects, establishes schedules and project parameters, and sets procedures to accomplish project goals.

Responsible for processing Trane material & vendor orders.

Reviews customer purchasing documents and acknowledges purchase orders per Trane’s policy.

Schedule and participate in internal project team meetings to ensure accurate transfer of information.

Compares estimated ship dates with contractors’ project schedule and communicates through periodic status reports to the customer and account managers.

Responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the forecasted cost at completion and controls expenses by monitoring assigned project budget throughout project lifecycle.

Responsible for project cash-flow management: progress billing, collections support and monitoring, and resource management.

Assist with processing all job closeout documentation.

Responsible for the successful transition of all service-related items to the service team; including, but not limited to, equipment startup and warranties.

Communicates with customers and their representatives, including building owners, mechanical contractors, other trades, subcontractors, and field support staff.

Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers and assigned staff.

Responsible for general administrative functions to support the sales and equipment fulfillment process.

Qualifications :

Associates degree or higher in business or equivalent with a minimum of (1-2) years of project management, customer service, HVAC or related experience; OR a minimum of (4) years of project management, customer service, HVAC or related experience.

Knowledge of basic accounting principles preferred.

Familiarity with HVAC systems preferred.

Strong, demonstrated customer service and problem-solving skills

Strong communication skills, proactive approach with willingness to work independently as well as part of a team.

Proven experience prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines within a high paced environment with attention to detail.

Flexibility to work overtime/ weekends, as needed.

Base Compensation Range: $40,000 - $65,000 annually.

***Disclaimer: This base salary range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, experience, geographic location where the work is performed, etc.

This role has been designated as Hybrid – Flex for your day .  While most work must be done on-site, there is flexibility to work remotely when workflow and priorities allow. *The Company reserves the right to modify this designation should business needs require.
