Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a Air Force Cyber Defense System Administration Services SME in support of the 33 Network Warfare Squadron (NWS) Air Force Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) Enabler contract.
Install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain and manage (per TO and TCTO when available) all ACD user system technologies and devices. Contractor shall ensure support includes basic and intermediate level administration of ACD technologies on the central management systems, ACD operational networks (Patriot, Defender and CRN), and AOL pre- deployment network configurations. Contractor shall respond to CRITICAL network outages within 60 minutes or a PRIORITY network outage within three hours of contractor notification. Perform 33 NWS Systems Administration Services on Unclassified, Classified, CRN, and supported special enclaves during mission hours. Contractor shall perform related maintenance activities and coordinate maintenance actions with the Networks flight leadership, and external units (i.e., 26 Network Operations Squadron (NOS), Integrated Network Operations and Security Center (INOSCs), 690 Information Support Squadron (ISS). Contractor shall support Systems Administration of the ACD operational networks (Patriot, Defender and CRN), the training network, local base Unclassified and Classified Computer System Administration (CSA) actions, and AOL deployment maintenance analysis.
Perform basic and intermediate level installation, upgrades, daily maintenance and intermediate troubleshooting to include hardware and software consisting of UNIX, Windows, and VMware operating systems, workstations/monitors, Anti-virus and software, computer printers, Cybex switches, fiber optic media, gigabit Ethernet, and 100BaseT network operations. Contractor shall travel to perform ACD maintenance and installation if requested. Perform all network account administrative functions to include creation, disabling, unlocking, privilege configuration, expiration of accounts, and maintenance troubleshooting. Create (within two (2) working days) and delete user accounts, track user privileges, maintain a list of current users, and show accessibility to all computer systems, network, and computer software applications, and other network components. Ensure ACD user work stations are secure, have the latest software patches installed, and are properly configured within Time- Compliance Network Order (TCNO) specific deadlines to minimize the potential of unauthorized intrusions and all equipment is properly managed with local base Equipment Custodian procedures.
Develop and maintain training documentation, processes, checklists, and logs for support; within 90 days of discovery of the need for all tasks associated with ACD Systems Administration Services. Develop and maintain work center specific training programs, and train government employees in the work center. Support 33 NWS missions by participating in meeting, planning conferences, weapon system reviews, PMO deployment and other collaborative efforts as required. Utilize 33 NWS approved trouble ticketing systems to document all ACD Systems Administration Services maintenance actions, user account actions and other user/system support. Contractor shall ensure all outages, scheduled or unscheduled, are tracked in accordance with 33 NWS approved procedures within 15 minutes of occurrence. Contractor shall ensure continuous updates to outages are conducted in accordance with approved 33 NWS procedures and policies. Contractor shall notify COR and Government shift lead of a system Hazardous Condition (HAZCON) situation or unscheduled outage within 15 minutes of discovery, and update IAW 33 NWS approved procedures. Contractor shall maintain accurate trouble tickets with no more than three instances per quarter in which trouble tickets documenting who, what, when, and fix actions are not opened within 24 hours of initiation and closed within 24 hours of completion.
Active TS/SCI required
Capable of being trained and certified by 33 NWS internal Quality Assurance Evaluator (QAE) personnel, IAW 33 NWS quality assurance (QA) processes. Contractor shall maintain their respective certifications IAW QA processes for maintenance functions.
