This employee is to provide customer service and complete office tasks as
assigned by the supervisor and director.
1. Provide customer service at the service window, on phones and through
email. Includes answering questions, giving documents to appropriate parties,
as well as receiving and appropriately marking incoming documents.
2. Seek for sources to identify, research, and resolve problems and complaints
if answer is unknown.
3. Clerical duties such as filing, copying, and matching documents to files.
4. Understand mailing procedures and systems to accurately mail out letters
and other documents as required.
5. Data entry for test scores, transcripts, and other information.
6. Assist with yearly purge.
7. Complete tasks assigned by supervisor in a timely manner including follow
directions from to implement new policies and procedures.
8. Prioritize daily work activities and recommend changes to supervisor to
