1-800 Accountant Inside Sales Manager in Saint Petersburg, Florida

As an Inside Sales Manager you will be responsible for providing directional leadership and workflow metrics to your Inside Sales team, providing training and coaching, sales techniques and strategies, monitoring and reporting on sales metrics, and managing the sales administration process within a friendly competitive environment. Your team will handle high outbound calling to the HOT LEADS that we provide! NO COLD CALLS!

Compensation: Salary is $52,500 based on experience in addition to commission incentives!!!

W2 Full Time, 40+ hours

Monday-Friday (3 different shifts available)

  • 9:00am-5:30pm - limited

  • 11:00am-7:30pm - preferred

  • Noon-8:30pm - preferred

Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Inside Sales Manager is responsible for driving their team to hit all aspects of their sales and client experience goals.


  • Build, manage, and retain an inside sales and sales support team that meets and exceeds both sales goals and customer experience expectations

  • Ensure that the CRM process is followed and being actively driven by the inside sales team

  • Monitor employee productivity and motivate the team to exceed daily/weekly/monthly quotas

  • Evaluate inside sales strategies and processes and recommend improvements

  • Supervise team in accordance with company policies & procedures

  • Provide coaching for inside sales team members and training for new team members

  • Conduct potential employee interviews

  • Manage performance reviews, and develop employee development plans

  • Schedule and lead department staff meetings and workshops, as needed

  • Report to senior management on sales metrics, opportunities, and risks

  • Manage and maintain CRM tracking, reporting, and sales tracking

  • Record and upkeep employee performance management and coaching file and other administrative tasks, as needed

  • Execute monthly/weekly sales strategies depending on the season to maintain consistent performance


  • 5+ years of sales experience

  • 1+ years of sales management experience

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Experience reporting to a senior management team

  • Must be technologically savvy

  • Ability to maintain a positive and upbeat attitude always

  • Strong work ethic

  • Ability to work in a self-directed, fast-paced environment

  • Strong CRM experience

  • Highly proficient computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Demonstrate leadership qualities on sales team: Lead by example with professionalism, reliability, and accountability

  • Ability to manage a team of 10 or more inside sales representatives

  • Ability to problem solve, understand impact, identify root cause, determine the resolution, and make recommendations
