1-800 Accountant Entity Formation Sales Specialist in Saint Petersburg, Florida

The Hybrid Entity Formation Sales Specialist is 1-800 Accountant's initial connection to the customer, providing a positive sales experience, taking a consultative approach to the customer relationship, proactively identifying and closing revenue opportunities that provide additional value for our customers over time.

Compensation: Successful Consultants Earn $57,000+ per year!!

  • Commission on client subscriptions AND opening sales AND/OR completing the sale from start to finish!!!

W2 Full Time, 40+ hours (overtime opportunities available)

Monday-Friday

Location: 800 Carillon Pkwy Ste. 250, St. Petersburg, FL 33716

You will play a role in calling out to potential business formation customers and provide a 1 on 1 concierge experience to place the order. You will also take inbound calls from entity formation customers that come through our marketing and digital efforts.

There will be an opportunity to grow in this team so we are looking for someone to come in and perform at a very high level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a consultative and trusted advisor approach to each customer

  • Build trust in the company and ensure our customers are provided with accurate product knowledge

  • Achieve outbound call targets set by management

  • Achieve inbound close rates set by management

  • Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets and departmental KPIs

  • Listening to unique problems and communicating easily understood solutions

  • Develop and maintain deep expertise of 1800 Accountant products and best practices to provide value to customers

  • Ability to work harmoniously with others towards individual and team targets

  • Resilient and able to stay focused on winning over potential customers despite setbacks or rejections

  • Positive attitude and willing to learn

  • Provide exceptional quality and professionalism

Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required

  • Self starter - someone who gets the job done and then some

  • 4-6 years' experience minimum in customer-facing roles, preferred

  • Consistent track record of quota achievement

  • Self-starter who takes initiative and works with limited direction

  • Impeccable communication skills

  • Proficient computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple applications
