Job Description
Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.
Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Seven years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.
Responsibilities
As part of Oracle's Fusion Applications Program and Release Management team, you will engage with cross-function groups in day-to-day operational tasks, project coordination, and develop release reports. Our team coordinates efforts with all Fusion product families to ensure the continuous delivery of our products and services.
Program managing specific division-wide programs critical to release Fusion Applications, including the division-wide accessibility program, VPAT/ACR programs, and export compliance program.
Supporting senior management, product family management teams, and program managers in making scope, schedule, and quality decisions about releases under development by making accurate information about the release highly visible.
Communicating, enforcing, supporting, and improving planning and tracking standards, processes, and infrastructure for Fusion Applications
Maintaining and continuously enhancing the official OBIEE subject areas and dashboards used organization-wide to track development status across multiple regions, including project plans, bugs, static code scans, dependencies, change requests, code completion checklists, design content, unit test results, and QA test results.
Working with the RMS (Reporting Management System) group in Product Development by serving as the primary Fusion requirements owner for RMS
Work closely with Fusion central release management and development teams to set up and document new processes.
Primarily, you will assist the team in the following areas:
Develop fusion-wide strategies and make plans to enforce new UI development/testing against the revised section 508 and OAG3.1 and next-level requirements
Facilitate Bug Exemption Approval Process
Facilitate Customer Escalation Process
Program managed Fusion ACRs/VPATs, track FA VPATs from inception to publish
Program managed the FA export compliance paperwork
Setup new products and maintain the FA product's life cycle within various central development systems
Restructured and Set the LBA approval process and maintained LBA in the various systems.
Capacity management for Spectra and OCI (budget, distribution, training)
Facilitate RMS integrations and FA Development Tools/Databases
Fusion Metrics and Dashboards to track projects
Documentations and Process Improvements
Job Qualifications
Experience managing programs and projects within software development organizations
Software development background is required; Oracle Fusion development experience is a big plus.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with people at all levels of an organization
Experience implementing analytics and Business Intelligence systems and dashboards
Programming and scripting experience useful
PMP/PMI certification is beneficial but not essential
Experience in capacity management for SaasOps, DevOps
Cloud exposure is also beneficial
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are highly required
Interest and experience in implementing and supporting iterative and agile development such as Scrum is a plus

Hiring Range: from $87,800 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
