The Oracle Account Delivery Executive (ADE) provides leadership for customer strategy and success across all Oracle products, services, and support. The ADE uses delivery, industry experience, and account leadership to build trusted relationships from C-Level down exposing opportunities for Oracle to further assist our customers with their tactical and long-term technology initiatives. The ADE is the day-to-day senior Oracle executive responsible for project success at their strategic account and a key component for resolving support escalations. The ADE is chartered to help the customer develop and drive the execution of a multi-year Oracle strategy. The ADE is also responsible for worldwide communication inside the Oracle global organization to assist our team to best support the customer. The ADE must have deep customer and industry knowledge and then influence all stakeholders through developing credible & relevant messaging and deliver it through broad executive relationships to align Oracle as a strategic partner that enables key customer initiatives and transformations, increases customer satisfaction and grows Oracle revenues.

Role Overview
The Oracle Account Delivery Executive (ADE) provides leadership for customer strategy and success across all Oracle products, services, and support for Energy and Water customers. In this role, an ADE is required to have 5+ years of experience working either for a utility (electric preferred) or consulting within an utility industry. The ADE uses delivery, industry experience, and account leadership to build trusted relationships from C-Level down exposing opportunities for Oracle to further assist our customers with their tactical and long-term technology initiatives. The ADE is the day-to-day senior Oracle executive responsible for project success at their strategic account and a key component for resolving support escalations. The ADE is chartered to help the customer develop and drive the execution of a multi-year Oracle strategy. The ADE is also responsible for worldwide communication inside the Oracle global organization to assist our team to best support the customer. The ADE must have deep customer and industry knowledge and then influence all stakeholders through developing credible & relevant messaging and deliver it through broad executive relationships to align Oracle as a strategic partner that enables key customer initiatives and transformations, increases customer satisfaction and grows Oracle revenues.
Job Description
The ADE is Oracle’s primary delivery leader and sponsor for Oracle projects and responsible for customer satisfaction. The ADE manages key stakeholder relationships and ensuring the customer achieves value from Oracle solutions and advocates for the customer within Oracle. Key responsibilities include leading and developing the Oracle customer strategy, aligning and managing the Oracle teams, driving effective SI management processes, communicating progress, and growing Oracle’s footprint.
Key objectives of this job include:
• Grow Oracle’s mindshare, cross-pillar use, and the promotion of solutions within the customer.
• Understand the customer business requirements and lead/support the development of "tailored" Oracle solutions.
• Introduce the customer to Oracle solutions & products that match business needs.
• Successfully establish the customer as a Reference Account.
• Demonstrate measurable progress towards an “Oracle First” relationship.
Key Responsibilities
• In partnership with the Key Account Director (KAD), develop and maintain the customer multi-year strategic plan to meet or exceed customer objectives and Oracle’s solution adoption. Revise the customer strategy and plan to ensure they fit the continuously changing customer needs and priorities.
• Direct the Oracle team around executing the strategy and plan by co-ordination and leadership of activities across the different pillars and other organizations and partners.
• Influence and lead strategic planning efforts within the product, consulting, and support pillars to ensure customer requirements are represented.
• Manage the interface between the customer and Oracle personnel (including product specialists, consulting, support, channels and corporate functions) to ensure an effective alignment model and communications and reporting cadence.
• Articulates value proposition within both Oracle and the customer.
• Gain agreement with the customer around key workstreams aligned with their key business transformations and imperatives
• Supports KAD in quarterly business review cadence with KA Sponsors to track our progress on aligned focus areas/work streams and other interactions.
• Support KAD on regular communications with the worldwide core sales team and extended worldwide account team across all relevant Oracle pillars and divisions through regular team calls and online collaboration.
• Supports KAD in facilitating regular progress meetings with customer executives and sponsors to validate our progress and plans.
• Supports KAD in obtaining input and participation from the assigned Oracle Executive Sponsor(s) for the customer regularly.
• Owns escalation issues for the customer worldwide and drives those escalations to closure while creating a high level of customer satisfaction for the customer and a win-win environment for the Oracle resources involved in the day-to-day operation of the customer.
• Build relationships with the customer executive team, earning a reputation as one of the customer's trusted business advisors.
• Demonstrate a high level of business acumen, and thorough understanding of the customer's business, organization, strategy and financial position.
• Navigate Oracle to identify, acquire and coordinate a team of critical resources needed to address customer’s needs.
• Integrate Oracle and provide a “one face, one Oracle” strategy.
• Understand Oracle’s strategies and how these translate into solutions that address customer’s needs.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the customer’s industry, including trends, business processes, financial measurements and performance indicators, and key competitors.
• Drive strategic and tactical planning for the account.
• Conduct progress meetings with the Oracle leadership and account team.
Experience Requirements
10+ years executive account relationship management experience with major accounts.
10+ years solutioning hardware and/or software.
History and track record of achievement of program/project objectives.
Track record of business strategy planning, development, and execution.
Cross-LOB team management experience - international team management is a plus.
Knowledge of the Utilities industries (Electric, Water and Gas)
Undergraduate degree in computer science or a relevant field. Master’s degree or large consulting firm experience is a plus.

Hiring Range: from $97,400 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
