U.S. Bank is hiring a Global Account Services Analyst within our Wealth Operations Global Networking Management team.

This individual will be responsible for supporting the team leader in overseeing and managing risk associated with the global account opening process and coordinating market registration for U.S. Bank’s Wealth Corporate, Commercial and Institutional Banking (WCIB) Clients. This role also supports with staff training and development, updating and managing procedures, and coordinating initiatives.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, strong client service abilities, excellent communication and writing skills and familiarity with the global financial service industry. The analyst serves as a primary contact for internal and external clients and provides proactive support and guidance regarding the global account opening and registration inquiries.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Coordinate and manage the global account opening and market registration process for clients.

  • Essure all required documentation is accurately prepared and promptly submitted in accordance with regulatory and internal compliance standards.

  • Liaise with clients, account executives, operational teams and others, to gather the necessary information and facilitate smooth global on-boarding experience for clients.

  • Maintain comprehensive records of the process, ensure compliance with external and internal guidelines, and conduct periodic reviews.

  • Stay updated on regulatory requirements and ensure information promptly communicated to internal team and clients.

  • Provides guidance to clients on regulatory requirement, documentation, and procedural matters.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders to enhance client satisfaction.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline account opening and registration process, improving efficiency and reducing turnaround times.

  • Implement best practices and procedural enhances to optimize workflow.

  • Lead and successfully execute projects.

  • Support management with production management, work allocation, risk management, escalations, and client service deliverables; may also contribute to strategic planning within area of expertise.

  • Successfully represent the team on client discussions, external conversation, projects, and industry discussions.

Schedule : Monday - Friday - 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST

Location : Hybrid - required in Saint Paul Wednesdays and Thursdays, 3rd day at your choice; 2 days remote

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and one to two years of relevant experience OR

  • Associate's degree and five or more years of relevant experience

Skills/Experience

  • Basic understanding of regulatory and accounting principles which directly affect Wealth Management & Investment Services business lines and clients

  • Basic knowledge of custody operational functions, systems, procedures, various products and/or services, for assigned area(s)

  • Ability to multitask and meet established deadlines in a dynamic work environment

  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills

  • Effective customer relations, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications

Location Expectations

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $71,400.00 - $84,000.00 - $92,400.00
