Job Description

Impact Finance is a fast-growing tax equity investment arm of US Bank and an industry leading name. This organization has been mobilizing capital to create financial, social and environmental returns for more than 35 years. We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented finance professional to join our finance team, supporting Senior Finance Managers at U.S. Bank Impact Finance. The candidate will provide financial reporting and analysis to the business lines and U.S. Bank Impact Finance Senior Leadership, while supporting Senior Finance Managers and product team with analytics and modeling various scenarios.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Assist in ongoing financial analysis of various financial reports, including

income statement & balance sheet reporting, variance analysis, financial KPIs, and financial trends

• Provide modeling & data support to finance leadership team in financial forecasting, new product development & pricing reviews

• Assist in monthly pipeline reviews to help identify & quantify risks & opportunities

• Develop ad hoc analysis to support the needs of the business

• Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Typically five or more years of related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Working knowledge of financial analysis techniques and general accounting procedures

  • Well-developed mathematical and analytical skills

  • Thorough knowledge in financial analysis, forecasting, and planning

  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data

  • Strong technical skills related to data mining and visualization tools

  • Master's degree preferred

Location Expectations

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $95,285.00 - $112,100.00 - $123,310.00
