Key Responsibilities
Participate in planning, implementation, and growth of our CSP (preference for AWS) foundational footprint for Security Services
AWS native application architecture and implementation
Hands-on design experience of solutions that involve a blend of streaming and scheduled batch data ingestion, processing
Technical Expertise: Leveraging a deep understanding of technology and systems to design solutions that are technically sound and capable of delivering or designing the desired services efficiently and effectively.
Quality Assurance: Implementing and maintaining quality standards and best practices to ensure that service delivery solutions meet high-quality benchmarks. This includes evaluating the performance and effectiveness of service delivery.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Staying current with industry trends and technological advancements, and actively seeking opportunities to enhance service delivery processes, efficiency, and overall quality.
Strategic Thinking: Contributing to the strategic direction of service delivery within the organization, including shaping the services strategy and aligning it with business objectives.
Critical Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proactive and well organized, leadership and soft skills
Able to advocate for your technical roadmaps and solutions to less-technical business and management teams, using business benefits
+10 years of experience working in IT infrastructure, system administration of Linux environment, software development.
5+ years of Cyber Security experience, including architecture or design roles in major security projects and initiatives
AWS native application architecture and implementation
Experience in cloud security technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Must have the technical depth to assist with the build and design of security solutions for projects and closely collaborate with the appropriate people to get the job done
Understanding of Agile and DevSecOps concepts
Autonomous, self-learner and ability to assimilate new methodologies, frameworks and technologies
Strong leadership abilities and business acumen
Ability to manage time and priorities across multiple projects and duties
Demonstrated ability for analytical thinking and self-directed research in cybersecurity topics
