As a Senior Informatics Manager for the Pharmacy Business Compliance Team, you will support the Aetna Pharmacy Health Plan Business Integrity Unit which is responsible for managing and adhering to Pharmacy business compliance with state and Federal reporting regulations and will support the implementation and quality assurance of Qualified Health Plans.

This is a remote role and is an individual contributor.

Overview:

  • You will be responsible for data collection, data organization and analysis, programming to streamline data integration, and data quality control for both Reporting and the Qualified Health Plans.

  • Some other essential components of this role include: setting priorities, establishing accountabilities, identifying and assessing risk and issues, adhering to timelines, executing and ensuring documentation is clear and concise.

  • You will work independently to identify requirements, to research and resolve barriers to progress, and to influence team members to work with urgency.

Required Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience in reporting and data analytics

  • 3+ years in advanced Excel including VBA, Macros, Pivots, etc

  • At least 5 years of Programming Experience such as, but not limited to SAS, SQL, Big Query, Coginiti, MS Access, VBA

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Healthcare systems and processes technology experience

  • Prior work experience in Health Plan and Pharmacy Benefit Management regulatory environments

  • 7+ years of healthcare experience (or education/work experience) in a reporting/Business Intelligence context

  • Detail oriented, proactive and possesses strong execution skills

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Highly proficient in Excel and a working knowledge of Word and Powerpoint

  • Experience with Google Cloud or Microsoft SQL server

Education :

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$67,900.00 - $199,144.80

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
