This position exists to provide administrative responsibilities for the Customer Support unit and clerical support to the Scratch Game Product & Customer Support Manager. This includes creating and maintaining external reports; generating written correspondence for players, retailers, and general public; maintaining schedules (department, game information); new game updates; workflow coordination; handling oral and written communications; travel arrangements; back-up responsibility with the Customer Support Services unit; as well as file organization and maintenance (hard copies and electronic).

Minimum Qualifications

To facilitate proper credit, your resume must clearly describe your experience and skills in the areas listed below and indicate the beginning and ending month and year of each job held.

  • English Language skills sufficient to speak, read, respond, and write clearly and concisely both in-person and via phone.

  • Ability to provide customer service to external and internal customers.

  • Knowledge of computer software programs such as Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access).

  • Word processing skills (preferably MS Word) sufficient to compose and format memos, letters, and other written materials that are grammatically correct and free of spelling errors.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with individuals with a wide range of backgrounds including those who do not share your same culture, ethnicity, language, or other common experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Math skills sufficient to accurately handle money and bookkeeping/account balancing.

  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to be thorough and detailed oriented.

Physical Requirements

Requires lifting and carrying light objects.
