Help Desk

Are you looking for a job in the IT field? We are hiring a contract Help Desk Associate for a distribution center in Rome, Ga. The ideal candidate will have one to two years experience supporting a large facility, managing tickets, responding to each department need, running diagnostics to resolve issues, new computer and printer set ups, install make changes and repair computer hardware and software.

Responsibilities

Duties will include deployment of new computer equipment, troubleshooting computers, laptops, printers and IOS

The essential functions of this role include:
