Responsibilities

The Innovation Exchange Program Manager has the ability to independently manage a varied workload of projects and assignments with multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment. Is responsible for managing all aspects of the operation of a physical and virtual Innovation Exchange ecosystem, including new member screening, onboarding, and maintenance, physical facility management, hosting significant Innovation Exchange events and reviewing new business plans or ideas. Develops in partnership with key stakeholders and leadership, Innovation Exchange program strategy, program planning, execution plans and program metrics of multi-year initiatives. These may involve establishing programmatic/systematic infrastructure and stakeholder interrelationships which require the development and execution of complex communication and management plans. May also provide project management support to one or more projects of high complexity as part of the Innovation Exchange team, under the direction of senior leadership. Makes multifaceted judgments, facilitates problem-solving and decision-making activities and takes reasonable action required to accomplish agreed to project objectives with limited guidance. Must have demonstrated competencies in strategic and program/systems thinking, business acumen, clinical practice operations, consensus management, team building, decision-making, problem solving, change management, global thinking, influence without authority, conflict resolution, process and systems change and performance excellence. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including presentation skills), high level of emotional intelligence, self-motivation and organization. Performs responsibilities with a significant degree of independence and expertise in managing multiple competing objectives and communicates complex technical information in clear and unambiguous terms to management and end user personnel. Performs additional job-related functions as detailed by immediate supervisor.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, health care administration, or related field with a minimum of 3 years of related experience; OR Master's degree in management, business administration, health care administration, or related field with a minimum of 1 year management or related experience required. Will need to take initiative to develop and implement innovative solutions to issues with significant financial and operational impact to the clinical practice, research, education, administration, international, digital environment and platform. Working knowledge and understanding of performance metrics, planning and resource development / enhancement is essential. Willingness to travel.
