Responsibilities

Responsible for executing Cancer Care Beyond Walls digital product strategy, business requirement and roadmap. Ensures alignment between product, business and Platform priorities in context of Mayo Clinic Comprehensive Cancer Center and overall strategy and goals of Mayo Clinic. Oversees entire life cycle of CCBW Platform from identification of composable capabilities, building/acquiring technology, managing capacity against scope and ultimately creating a best-in-class user and patient experience on time and within budget expectations. Applies Agile Product methodology. Leads cross-functional workstreams between business, operations, shared services and customers as defined by product deliverables, builds deep relationships with stakeholders to collaborate effectively. Proactively manages and monitors product operational risks.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (business, communications, advertising, marketing, statistics, engineering, technology, health care) and 3+ yrs of digital product management experience (2 yrs with digital products); or minimum of 5 years direct digital product management with HS diploma/GED required. Prior health care experience preferred. Experience in managing complex products or a family of multiple products required.

Preferred Experience: Oncology related knowledge, Jira, commercial product management
