Office of Access Management
The Operations Manager in the Office of Access Management (OAM) supports scheduling across select Rochester outpatient practices. This role partners closely with OAM and Practice Operations leadership, Enterprise Office of Access Management (EOAM) teams and Center for Digital Health teams to plan, implement and oversee supervision of scheduling operations. The OM is a key resource to support daily scheduling operations, lead strategic projects and implement innovative technology to meet practice and institutional objectives.
Radiation Oncology
The Operations Manager in the Department of Radiation Oncology will have the opportunity to support a dynamic practice that spans all settings (e.g. outpatient, procedural, region and inpatient). Additional opportunities exist in areas of Innovation, Transformation and Data Science. This role partners closely with physician, physicist and allied health leaders to oversee daily operations of the practice. Key aspects of this role will include leading practice transformation initiatives, driving automation and innovation to advance the practice and involvement in large scale capital space and equipment projects. The operations manager will work on developing and implementing strategic initiatives and solutions in collaboration with many stakeholders throughout the department. Administrative responsibilities also include but are not limited to staff and workforce development, process redesign, project and change management, and space and equipment strategies.
Cardiovascular Medicine
The Operations Manager in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine can support the outpatient practice, testing, procedures or inpatient practices. This role partners closely with physician and allied health leaders to oversee daily operations of the practice. Key aspects of this role will include leading practice improvement initiatives, driving standardization efforts, and piloting new concepts, innovation, and automation to redesign the practice. The operations manager will work on developing and implementing strategic initiatives and solutions in collaboration with many stakeholders throughout the outpatient and hospital practices. Administrative responsibilities also include but are not limited to staff development, quality improvement, change management, and supply and equipment strategies.
Orthopedic Surgery
The Operations Manager within the department of Orthopedic Surgery will directly support the division of Sports Medicine which includes the Dan Abraham Healthy Living Center (DAHLC) and Mayo Clinic Square locations. In partnership with Department and Divisional leadership, the OM coordinates the effective integration and strategic alignment of Sports Medicine across the practices including contracts with numerous professional teams/schools and oversite over the Mayo Clinic Square facilities. Additionally, the OM is responsible for collaborating across specialties and groups including Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Radiology and Facilities to support clinical care teams within Sports Medicine. Direct reports may include operational and clinical supervisors and/or other Department/Division personnel.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is and 2 years healthcare management experience is required.
A Bachelor's degree with a combination of directly-related experience and education may be considered.
Prefer Master's degree in Business or Healthcare field.
Strong leadership, team building, and problem-solving skills as well as demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multiple disciplines, i.e., physician, administrative, supervisory, and allied health staff.
Must have excellent communication, organizational and human relation skills. Requires excellent decision-making and judgment capabilities. Must have broad based knowledge of office support and computer systems along with spreadsheets, databases, statistics, software knowledge and installation, and accounting practices for budgetary responsibilities.
Clinical degree and licensure if applicable.
