Responsibilities

Responsible to develop, maintain, and improve services to its customers. Assist in managing allied-health staff and be involved with recruiting, hiring, performance management and employee development. Assist the supervisor by monitoring and managing the work unit’s performance metrics, finances and quality assurance programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in management or math and science and 10 years related experience, required. ARRT, RDMS, or CNMT certification, required. (QM) Certification or advanced level certification is preferred.

Superior communication skills to enable diffusion of expert knowledge and technical expertise to others in a professional manner, exceptional leadership, problem-solving and organizational skills are required. The incumbent must be able to direct multiple parallel activities/project and delegate responsibilities as appropriate. Travel is required. ARRT, RDMS, or CNMT. Additional advanced certification may be required for work unit.

Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm. Travel to Mayo Clinic Health Systems required. Evening work may be needed.
