What You’ll Do

  • Contact, phone interview, schedule and/or confirm candidates scheduled for all rounds of interview process

  • Post jobs onto appropriate job boards- BreezyHR, LinkedIn, etc.

  • Help manage BreezyHR and ADP ATS

  • Communicate and work with hiring managers on a regular basis

  • Source/mine resumes

  • Maintain the Human Resources recruiting database through the accurate entry of required data and route profiles/resumes to Talent Specialist and/or appropriate disciplines

  • Manage and update job description library

  • Provide administrative support to all HR team members to include special projects, researching and reporting, tracking and monitoring processes and functions, and developing and implementing recommendations for process improvement

  • Assist with College Career Fairs

  • Assist with Company wide Internship Program

  • Keep up to date with HR, Talent and Recruitment laws

Who You Are

  • Dedicated to creating a top notch candidate experience

  • 2-5 years experience in a Corporate recruiting role

  • Energetic, resourceful and hands-on individual with a strong service orientation

  • Ability to take ownership and accountability in every situation

  • Willingness to learn and accept coaching

  • Utilization of The Golden Rule to treat others as you would like to be treated

  • Intermediate Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Suite are required

  • Must have friendly inbound/outbound phone customer service skills

  • Ability to multitask between phone and applicant systems (speaking and typing)

  • Experience with HRIS system is helpful
