What You’ll Do
Contact, phone interview, schedule and/or confirm candidates scheduled for all rounds of interview process
Post jobs onto appropriate job boards- BreezyHR, LinkedIn, etc.
Help manage BreezyHR and ADP ATS
Communicate and work with hiring managers on a regular basis
Maintain the Human Resources recruiting database through the accurate entry of required data and route profiles/resumes to Talent Specialist and/or appropriate disciplines
Manage and update job description library
Provide administrative support to all HR team members to include special projects, researching and reporting, tracking and monitoring processes and functions, and developing and implementing recommendations for process improvement
Assist with College Career Fairs
Assist with Company wide Internship Program
Keep up to date with HR, Talent and Recruitment laws

Who You Are
Dedicated to creating a top notch candidate experience
2-5 years experience in a Corporate recruiting role
Energetic, resourceful and hands-on individual with a strong service orientation
Ability to take ownership and accountability in every situation
Willingness to learn and accept coaching
Utilization of The Golden Rule to treat others as you would like to be treated
Intermediate Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Suite are required
Must have friendly inbound/outbound phone customer service skills
Ability to multitask between phone and applicant systems (speaking and typing)
Experience with HRIS system is helpful
