What You’ll Do
70% – Daily Essential Functions
Performing analysis and documentation of target customer requirements.
Effectively communicating your insights, industry expertise, and plans to cross-functional team members and management through high-quality presentation, narrative, and report deliverables.
Working closely with clients and all levels of the WarehouseQuote team.
Ensuring WarehouseQuote solutions meet Customer business needs and requirements.
Assembling the required supply chain and sales data needed to perform cost and network analysis in scalable data models and exposing them to impactful analytics and reports.
Perform analysis to better understand the pros/cons of multiple potential supply chain models.
Define standards and innovate sales pursuits with the use of data, analytics, and insights.
Manage and own WarehousQuote’s SaaS toolset including: Salesforce.com, ZoomInfo, Outreach.io, Hubspot, PandaDoc, among others, in order to improve visibility, reporting, and process execution.
30% – Everything Else
Uncovering areas for improvement, developing and implementing solutions.
Periodically review current systems, processes, and sales solutions to maintain WarehouseQuote’s commitment to leverage best-of-breed technologies.
Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.

What Experience/Skills You’ll Need
A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Advanced technical skills.
Excellent documentation skills.
Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
A strong understanding of Salesforce.com and its development within an organization.
