Job Description:

Provides sales training and support, assists with associate onboarding and sales technology documentation and implementation. Responsible for providing both software and soft skills training to associates. Assists in software implementation, including both business support and training tasks. Responsible for developing end user documentation, as well as providing ongoing support and training to associates, both virtually and in person is required.Deliver formal (instructor-led classroom), informal or online (webinar/virtual) training to sales associates on an ongoing basis, including sales technology order management system.

Manage associate onboarding blended learning program utilizing a learning management system to schedule, enroll and track training progress.

Participate with team in software user acceptance training.

Assess individual/group training needs and adjust pace and environment as needed

Assists in developing, maintaining/updating, evaluating, and improving training programs, documentation, materials, and resources for Performance Foodservice training

Speak/train effectively in front of groups and possess strong customer service skills

Help shape the ongoing strategy/vision of Performance Foodservice Training and Development department.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree

1-3 years of experience in training and development including curriculum design, program delivery, and learning assessment.

Strong communication and facilitation skills.

Proficient in MS Office/Office 365/WebEx and other similar online training platforms. Strong attention to detail.


Performance Foodservice

Preferred Qualifications:

3-5 Years of experience in training and development including cirriculum design. Demonstrated passion for learning and growth. Instructional design and Articulate eLearning software experience is preferred. Previous sales training experience in the foodservice industry.

Prior FOODSTART/AS400 and/or instructional design experience a plus.
