About the Opportunity
The Supplier Enablement Manager leads a small team of analysts who focus implementing and managing the supplier enablement process and catalog management for Federal Reserve System procurement. You will oversee the critical ‘testing phase’ with vendors before electronic invoice processing occurs. Your team will maintain responsibility for Ariba catalog management, including the creation and maintenance for all Reserve Bank catalogs.
What You Will Do:
Provide oversight, direction, and leadership to broad scope single or multi-functional teams performing activities in support of business operations of IT including planning, analysis, reporting, and policy formulation. Manage design and implementation of department plans for managing IT architecture, investments, resources, service design, testing, deployment, support and contingency
Recommend and implement multi-year strategic goals and objectives
Provide oversight of the activities of those responsible for ensuring that all work is performed in adherence to accepted industry standards and regulations
Ensure adherence to department /functional budgets and efficient use of resources
Identify operational efficiencies, seek improvements to IT business processes by evaluating and refining processes and procedures
Make strategic and operational decisions, impacting overall business activities of planning, analysis, reporting, and policy
Develop and present policy recommendations and influences policy making decisions. Establishes and maintains client relationships and negotiates engagement terms and conditions
Regularly interact with all levels of officers and managers to provide expertise to address and resolve highly complex issues related to the implementation, operation, and maintenance of the business service
Provide recommendations, interpretations and consultative services to key stakeholders on planning, analysis, reporting, and policy issues
Minimum 7 years of relevant functional work experience
Minimum 3 years of management or supervisory experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, Master’s degree preferred
