The chief objective of this position:
The Rehab Technician is responsible for providing direct and indirect patient-care related activities under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist and/or Speech/Language Pathologist. Monitors the patient's response to activities and reports response to the supervising therapist. Additionally, performs a variety of general administrative responsibilities that may include some or all of the following: maintaining an environment of care; general departmental maintenance; cleaning of equipment; stocking of linens; ordering and stocking of supplies; monitoring of temperatures and functions of equipment; patient scheduling and registration; and other duties that support the safe and efficient operations.
Licensure, Certification, or Registration Requirements for Hire:
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driver’s record is required if driving the Rehab Van
CNA Certification preferred

Current driver’s license and acceptable driver’s record is required if driving the Rehab Van
Previous experience working with the specific populations (Pediatrics, Adults, etc.) based on assignment
Previous work experience in a hospital/clinic setting
Previous experience using a personal computer and various software applications to include word processing, spreadsheets, databases, etc.
High School Diploma or equivalent
