Groups using the 3-2 schedule:
We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Job Summary
The successful intern(s) will be working under the direction of a Supervisor/Mentor. In this position, the intern will assist in the development, negotiation, amendment, implementation and administration of agreements, contracts and terms and conditions for major retail customer groups and County, Municipal and State groups. Develops knowledge of and learns to provide direction in interpreting policies, procedures, agreements and filed terms and conditions. Assists in providing interpretation, guidance and support in the administration and enforcement of contractual matters, service agreements and regulatory issues. Assists in interpretation of existing Franchise agreements for Distribution business unit. Assists with processing of Service Territory Boundary Adjustment requests. Advises on contractual rights and obligations and resulting economic and legal consequences. Assists in publication of all major Design cost to customer process improvements. Assists in training of company personnel. Assists in developing and implementing company policies and procedures affecting major customer groups, including long-range planning and analysis of industry trends. Assists in difficult or complex customer negotiations and/or participates in negotiations regarding agreements, contracts and terms and conditions. Assists in preparation of complex customer agreements and contracts and of complex or master agreements for large customer groups and special customer classifications. Assists in preparation of complex project design parameters to determine customer charges. Advises on need for legal review and advice on particular issues. Assists in preparation of testimony, exhibits and filings with regulatory commission involving contractual matters, agreements and terms and conditions. May assist in major outage response including patrolling, guiding crews, analysis of outage data, etc.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
Personal computer software applications including Microsoft Office.
Verbal, written and interpersonal communication; time management and organization
Effectively interact with customers; work in a team; attention to detail; understand and apply work flow process.
Student must be enrolled in 4-year program or in a 2-year program with intent to transfer to 4-year institution.
Prefer Students with a graduation date of Spring 2025 or later .
Must have a 2.5 GPA or greater.
