Aerotek HVAC Customer Care/Service Representative in Richmond, Virginia

Aerotek is hiring for a Customer Service Rep to work with an HVAC company in Richmond, VA!

Description:

Provide support will be made over the phone, email, or via chat.

Responsibilities to include (but are not limited to):

Entering customer orders

Account Management

Backlog maintenance

Providing guidance on Digital Tools

Addressing customer inquiries as needed

Working close with other departments such as Credit, Sales, Warranty and Operations

All calls will be from contractors/business owners to mainly find parts in database

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 year of customer service experience, or HVAC experience

Prior HVAC experience is a plus, but not required

High level of attention to detail

Ability to multitask

Previous experience with multiple screens and systems is preferred

Must be able to troubleshoot a number of different issues.

Willing to train anyone
