The Digital Strategy & Analysis Leader will be responsible for the growth, measurement and development of our strategy and analysis for key initiatives including card acquisitions into prospects as well as managing the digital performance tracking of our major portfolio programs.
This is a highly visible role for an individual with exceptional strategic, analytical and leadership skills.
Deep understanding of the digital marketing and analytics space particularly around new emerging measurement options for the post-cookie marketing environment

The capabilities and experiences most critical to success in this role are:
Demonstrated track record of experience solving complex business problems using a multi-disciplined, analytical and fact-based approach.
Strong knowledge of digital data and digital analytics tools
Understanding of and experience using analytical concepts and statistical techniques: hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations for business units
Strong problem solving, quantitative andanalytical abilities.
Excellent communication, collaboration and delegation skills.
Lead the measurement and digital analytics efforts to drive strategy and growth for key new initiatives such as prospect card acquisitions as well as buy now pay later along with building the digital performance tracking of portfolio card offerings
Serve as the subject matter expert in defining and exploring options for appropriate campaign measurement as the business transitions to a post 3rd party cookie landscape
Evaluate opportunities and areas to track and improve the conversion funnel for programs
Build a learning agenda around testing strategies to drive growth in the designated areas
Evaluate new tools, data, measurement techniques to assess the effectiveness of growth strategies
Lead efforts to build, develop and maintain dashboards and performance metrics supportthatsupport key business decisions.
Experience in setting up and managing a team of analysts
10+ years of digital marketing analytics experience preferable in financial services.
Hands-on experience with digital data and tools such as Adobe Analytics.
Knowledge of SAS/SQL preferred
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI preferred
Understanding of and experience using analytical concepts and statistical techniques

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $135,490.00 - $159,400.00 - $175,340.00
