The Recruiting Coordinator works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment. This person is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships; often providing candidates with their first impression of Best Buy. This individual will work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, work independently yet collaboratively, demonstrate strong detail orientation, have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals.

What you will do:
Responsible for providing an exceptional candidate, hiring manager and recruiter experience by providing effective and frequent communication.
Demonstrate a sense of urgency and solution orientation when interacting with candidates, hiring managers and recruiters
Administration of logistics for travel, interviews, team events as needed
Identify opportunities and implement solutions to improve candidate, hiring manager and recruiter experience
Administration of candidate workflow in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Responsible for initiating and monitoring pre-employment screening processes and creating offer package
Responsible for onboarding duties such as new hire paperwork including I-9 documentation
Knowledge & Skills required to be successful:
- 1 year of experience in Administrative Support, Sourcing/Recruiting, Human Resources or related fields
Exceptional Performance will include:
Associate Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business or related fields
Expert Level knowledge of Microsoft Office
Prior experience in customer service, client relationship management or related fields
