Responsibilities:

Reporting into the Manager, Programmatic Media, you will be responsible for owning the day-to-day activation, management, and optimization, for T-Mobile’s display, online video, and audio campaigns. A successful candidate will have demonstrated experience driving business outcomes within various programmatic platforms.

WHAT YOU’LL DO IN YOUR ROLE

  • Setup, manage, analyze, and optimize, T-Mobile’s addressable display, online video, and audio advertising campaigns in programmatic platforms

  • Execute on team-defined strategy in platform, and recommend improvements for existing and new campaigns

  • Define and refine the established best practices around programmatic activation, including campaign management, optimization, reporting, cross-functional collaboration, vendor/partner management, and billing

  • Partner with fellow Media, Analytics, Operations, and Strategy, team members to continuously improve media strategy, audience planning, analytics, measurement, and reporting

  • Collaborate with advertising and creative teams to test and optimize creative messaging strategies

  • Stay current with new platform, data, and inventory, functionalities, and products, as well as trends and changes in the industry

Qualifications:

While the quality and accomplishments of a person's career will be the determining factor, the finalist will have the following requisite qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of programmatic campaign management experience, whether at an agency, end brand, or technology platform

  • Experience with the full lifecycle of a digital media campaign from planning, trafficking, setup, QA, launch, management, performance analysis, optimization, and reporting

  • Familiarity with the adtech industry and the programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, data providers, publishers, measurement partners)

  • Experience in managing a range of campaigns across a multitude of products, goals, and target audiences

  • Hands-on-keyboard expertise in The Trade Desk (TTD), Google DV360 and Campaign Manager, and/or Amazon Advertising Platform

  • Deep Excel knowledge and experience, along with the ability to efficiently analyze and identify trends and outliers within large data sets

  • Comfortable multi-tasking and able to deliver results under tight deadlines in a non-traditional work environment

  • Four-year college degree preferred
