We’re seeking an experienced digital media professional to lead and execute paid programmatic campaigns across T-Mobile LOBs. Join us and be an authority within our organization! Reporting to the Senior Manager, Programmatic Media, you’ll build the success of a portfolio of key display, OLV, audio and social media campaigns through the entire lifecycle of planning, execution, and optimization. You will collaborate with internal and external partners to provide a forward looking strategy, incorporating new and emerging technologies or platform capabilities into the broader media execution. A successful candidate will be an established professional of the digital media space, a consistent record for innovative media execution and data-driven testing.

  • Inform and execute T-Mobile’s addressable display, OLV, audio, and/or social advertising campaigns in programmatic platforms; including but not limited to The Trade Desk, MediaMath, Google DV360, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, and TikTok

  • Ensure adherence to the campaign launch and ongoing QA processes

  • Keep your eyes on the future, with an understanding of groundbreaking technology and industry trends to help define the broader T-Mobile media strategy and best methodologies for implementation

  • Advise on emerging platform capabilities to bring an effective mix of first-to-market and validated strategies to existing and net-new campaigns

  • Handle the implementation of custom audience strategies utilizing 1st party data and inventory strategies involving a mix of auction and guaranteed buying models using data to advise decision making

  • Work closely with activation team members, in addition to other internal T-Mobile teams, on campaign planning, activation, optimization, and reporting

While the quality and accomplishments of a person's career will be the determining factor, the finalist will have the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years of digital advertising experience, whether at an agency, end brand, or technology platform, directly managing and/or supervising social and/or programmatic execution

  • Experience with in-scope platforms a plus

  • Experience with the full lifecycle of a digital media campaign from planning to trafficking and campaign setup, QA and launch, ongoing management and optimization, and reporting

  • Data driven and testing focus with shown success in analyzing campaign performance data to drive incremental gains towards critical metrics

  • Strong understanding of the AdTech industry, inventory and social and/or programmatic platform landscape

  • Adept at running a range of campaigns across a range of products, budgets, and target audiences

  • Dedicated, hard-working, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, , creative, positive, strong attention to detail with a steadfast focus on quality. Be the calm amidst the chaos

  • Comfortable multi-tasking and able to deliver results within deadlines in a fast-paced work environment

Desired Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in multiple digital advertising platforms

  • Four-year college degree required
