Providence Health & Services Program Manager, Talent Acquisition in Renton, Washington
Providence is calling a Program Manager, Talent Acquisition to Providence St. Joseph Health in Renton, WA.
We are seeking a Program Manager, Talent Acquisition for the Providence St. Joseph Health organization. This role will manage attraction strategies for non-RN positions and will create and implement campaigns to increase applicants and hires. Familiarity with campaigns for multi-brands is important as this role will manage campaigns for a minimum of 7 brands.
The ideal candidate must have strong project management and analytical skills as well as be an expert negotiator with extreme attention to detail.
A key component to this role is measurement - you will be accountable to assess, recommend, design, implement and measure programs for business impact and alignment with Providence’s strategic direction.
In this position you will:
Be responsible for working collaboratively with Talent Acquisition leaders, stakeholders and suppliers to develop and manage recruitment solutions to address current and future hiring needs for the Providence St. Joseph Health organization.
Develop and manage of overall system-wide program objectives and long-range strategies in partnership with Talent Acquisition leaders.
Be responsible for managing and tracking program spend within allocated budget
Assist in identification, contracting, and relationship management of an external vendor used to support solutions objectives as needed.
Work collaboratively with TA Leaders and subject experts to identify key performance indicators and technology solutions relative to the primary program(s) supported.
Develop project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, budget, issues, risks, and communications for new solutions in accordance with program goals and needs of the business.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combinations of education and experience
Three years of successfully deploying and managing solution-based programs, and projects for medium to large companies.
Experience building and implementing project plans, communication plans, process documents, presentations and results impact documents.
Experience influencing a diverse group of stakeholders, vendors and project teams to achieve goals of the effort.
Experience presenting to business leaders and small groups.
Ability to create a shared sense of purpose with stakeholders through networking and developing relationships.
Use of metrics to manage quality, evaluates process toward goals and makes adjustments as necessary.
Ability to use apply data to measure results and outcomes (e.g. ROI) of managed programs.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Vendor sourcing, selection and management or related experience
Experience negotiating with outside vendors, including negotiating contracts, prices, resolving service issues and/or reconciling differences
Recruiting or HR experience
Experience with change management methodologies (CAPFL, AIM, Workout, etc.)
Experience using program and project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Lean, etc.)
