Alaant QC Training Specialist in Rensselaer, New York

Hours and Benefits for the QC Training Specialist:
Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm
$24.00 an hour
Benefits include Medical, Dental, and Vision, PTO and 401k after 60 days of employment
Responsibilities for the QC Training Specialist:
Oversee and maintain the Learning Management System, ensuring training compliance.
Provide orientation and training support for new Quality Control employees.
Create and present routine progress reports on training programs.
Manage ad hoc training requests and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams and present training updates to management.
Requirements for the QC Training Specialist:
Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry or related life science field
Proficiency in MS Office
