Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.

Purpose/Objective:
The Salesforce Administrator II will actively collaborate with members of the Digital Experience Office and business stakeholders to continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable best practice solutions, and understanding of the product roadmap. This position is responsible for change management and governance, as well as communicating, prioritizing, and managing all aspects of a Salesforce project in conjunction with other members of the CX team.
The successful candidate will have a background in Financial Services and, specifically, the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud platform. The Salesforce Administrator II will understand both our current setup and our business objectives to identify areas of improvement quickly. In this role, the Salesforce Administrator II will work closely with leadership, team members, and subject matter experts and must be able to translate technical information into laymans terms, clearly explaining design options and their potential impact.
Key Accountabilities:
SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATION: Excellent knowledge of configuring and appropriately recommending Salesforce tools such as Action Plans, task automation, Flow, Flow Orchestration, OmniStudio solutions, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports. Identify unused or underutilized functionality, and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience. Knowledge of working with Apex, including troubleshooting code and utilizing SQL and SOQL. Proactively work with VP, Digital Experience, to deploy new functionality related to the product roadmap. Review project requirements, and work with the Digital Experience team to determine technical specifications for scoping purposes. Actively participate in the drafting and deployment of user training and technical documentation. 50%
SYSTEM MAINTENANCE: Coordinating with other Salesforce Admin IIs, conduct proactive system maintenance, including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer. Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed. Oversight of the de-duplication process and data cleanliness, including testing, monitoring, and implementing required tools. Ownership of selected integrated applications and managed packages such as (but not limited to): DocuSign, Own Backup, and Conga. 20%
QUALITY ASSURANCE: Work with other Salesforce Admins within the organization to conduct peer reviews and work with the QA Lead to assist in their development of test scripts. Troubleshoot issues in QA and UAT, execute change management processes, and deploy changes to the platform following VCS best practices. 15%
SYSTEM SUPPORT: Address support tickets for more advanced functionality and project requests. Advanced understanding of system settings as it relates to security and access. Update Logical Access procedures and documentation as much as possible. Organize and ensure system remains clean and highly documented. 15%
Ensures compliance with all banking laws, rules, regulations, and prescribed policies/practices/procedures necessary to reduce risk and uphold ethical standards related to and required by ones duties.
Education:
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related field
Certified Salesforce Administrator
Advanced Salesforce Administrator Certification within 12 months
Financial Services Cloud Specialist Superbadge
Process Automation Specialist Superbadge, preferred
Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder, preferred
Experience:
3+ years experience with Financial Services Cloud Salesforce platform
3-5 years experience in a Financial Services Institution preferred
Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes
Experience with VCS, such as GitHub
Familiarity with Testing Automation Tools
Familiarity with Release Management tools
Familiarity with Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence
Skills & Knowledge:
Excellent knowledge of Financial Services Cloud
Experience in change management and governance
Excellent technical documentation skills
Demonstrated ability to interface effectively and collaborate with peers and management to develop and support solutions
Strong skills in UX Design
Excellent understanding and execution of Flow within Salesforce
Knowledge of Omnistudio and its applications
Demonstrated critical thinking skills, ability to accurately analyze information and make sound decisions.
