Position Summary
The responsibilities of the Pharmacy Advocate are to assist with and provide resolution to colleagues and customers with any and all escalated issues regarding pharmacy services, customer service and work flow concerns. The Patient Advocate I will provide a high level of customer service, resolve escalations and report any potential trends that need to be reviewed by leadership. Attendance is an essential function of this position.
Required Qualifications
One year experience in a customer service role handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone
One year work experience with Windows-based applications like Windows, Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and email application.
Note: Must reside in a state that has a CVS Specialty Pharmacy. The candidate also must live within 75 miles of the CVS Specialty Pharmacy. States are CA, FL, IL, KS, MA, MI, NC, NJ, NV, PA,TN
**Schedule: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM EST and Thursday and Friday from 12:30 PM EST to 9:00 PM EST- Weekends are also available if you prefer.
Preferred Qualifications
SPRX experience
Pharmacy experience, customer service or healthcare experience, with proven exceptional performance
One year computer keyboarding experience, skills and aptitude
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent math aptitude
Attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Conflict resolution skills
Analytical and problem solving skills, 'outside the box' thinking
Education
- Documented H.S. Diploma or Equivalent
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$18.50 - $42.35
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
