The Technology and Operations Services (TOS) Evidence Management Team executes standard processes to identify, collect and store evidence for IT control testing and internal audits.
This position will be responsible for triaging evidence requests submitted by internal and external auditors and will require knowledge of general Information Technology and Security controls.
Triage evidence requests and collect evidence or re-direct to the appropriate provider in TOS
Manage evidence request queue including tracking and oversight for all open requests from internal auditors
Collaborate with Auditors, Control Owners and Risk Specialists to define evidence
Perform cursory reviews of evidence received ensuring accuracy and completeness prior to sending to requester
Provide training and guidance to evidence requesters and providers on standardized processes and tools
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
7 to 10 years of experience in an applicable risk environment
Relevant professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISM or CISSP
Knowledge of IT and financial services laws, rules, and regulations such as PCI, GLBA, GDPR, SOX, SOC, BASEL
Knowledge of information security and technology functions, processes, services, and systems
Thorough knowledge of Risk, Compliance and Audit competencies
Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
Two or more years working with IT general controls and Information Security risks and controls
Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of financial services industry and related systems
Experience in credible challenge within a large organization

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $95,540.00 - $112,400.00 - $123,640.00
