Position Summary If you love working with data and are excited to help transform healthcare through our Minute Clinic Performance Management team, this role is for you! The Strategy & Analytics Senior Analyst will support a team that is motivated by the opportunity to reinvent healthcare and improve health outcomes for our patients while achieving our MinuteClinic financial and operational targets. This role is highly collaborative and will work in a matrixed environment to use the assets of the entire CVS Health Enterprise to develop reporting and analytics that drives our organization and gives our field colleagues and executive leadership the tools they need to make the right business decisions for MinuteClinic. Required Qualifications

  • 2 plus years Healthcare data analytics experience.

  • 2+ years analytics software and tools such as SAS, R, Python, Tableau, SQL, or Power BI. –

  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience with data analytics, spreadsheets, and presentation software, including a strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint

  • 2+ years of working knowledge and experience in visualization tools

  • Strategic, forward thinker; solution-driven, with sound analytical skills and ability to learn highly technical processes

  • Strong ability to multi-task

  • Ability to positively adapt in a changing environment

  • Strong collaboration and relationship building skills

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Education Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,700.00 - $107,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
