CVS Health Sr Analyst, Enterprise Third Party Risk Management Governance in Providence, Rhode Island

Position Summary

This is a full time, remote position.

The Senior Analyst for Enterprise Third Party Risk Management (ETPRM) Governance will manage the creation and ongoing management of program documentation, including procedures and supporting training materials. The Senior Analyst will define documentation standards for all ETPRM teams and define a review and publishing process to ensure all program documentation is up to date and synchronized. Additionally, the Senior Analyst will coordinate documentation across federated program teams, focused on consistency and completeness across all teams.

The Senior Analyst will be an integral member of the ETPRM Governance team, driving focus on ensuring consistency and completeness of information being provided by the ETPRM program to all enterprise stakeholders. Added responsibilities will include:

  • Development and management of procedures to support the execution of program standards.

  • Support the development and maintenance of stakeholder job aids and related training materials.

  • Management of the program knowledge base/SharePoint portal and all materials provided via the portal.

  • Supporting program change management efforts, including communications and ongoing training offerings for the enterprise.

  • Supporting the generation of reporting for governance committee meetings.

  • Documenting governance committee meetings, including tracking of follow up action items from each session.

  • Supporting documentation requests from internal and external auditors

  • Management of the program’s corporate intranet page

  • Aid in the development of standard program graphics and illustrations to be used in program communications, training, and executive presentations

  • Ongoing enhancement of program training resources offered via Enterprise Learning Management

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years professional work experience in healthcare or financial services

  • 2+ years of experience of Enterprise Third Party Risk Management processes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experienced with enterprise communications and training programs

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience in managing complex program documentation, including ongoing management

  • Self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,700.00 - $107,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
