Position Summary
As the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition you will be a part of the DDAT (Data, Digital, Analytics & Technology) Talent Acquisition team where you will be recognized as a leader within Talent Acquisition. You and your team of recruiters will support the Data Science function along with our Enterprise Delivery department, which is comprised of IT Project Managers, Scrum Masters, Software Development Engineers, Agile Practice Management roles, etc. These business areas provide support across the entire CVS Health enterprise: retail, pharmacy, Aetna insurance, healthcare, etc. and you will be aligned to support each of these areas. You will partner directly with business leaders, and the business’ TA liaison to develop recruitment strategies with measurable outcomes and reporting to track progress. You will foster relationships across the business, HR, and TA. You will strive to meet and exceed our Talent Acquisition goals and objectives by driving results. You will ensure the hiring process is followed which will protect data integrity, ensure compliance practices are followed and will allow TA leadership to provide accurate reporting to data driven business leaders. Here is how you will make an impact:
Collaborate closely with the different business verticals within data science and their TA points of contact to align and execute on a recruiting plan, provide progress updates, and serve as the TA subject matter expert by sharing best practices, recommendations and data driven insights.
Inspire, lead, coach and manage a team of highly skilled recruiters, serving as a thought partner and point of escalation for all requisitions they are responsible for.
Drive results and meet or exceed TA metrics such as time to accept, percent of aged position, hiring ratios, hiring leader and new hire survey results.
Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Sourcing Team who can assist in finding candidates for unique and hard to fill roles.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between talent acquisition and business objectives.
Leverage your in-depth knowledge of current recruitment trends, tools and technologies used to recruit for technology roles.
Utilize data-driven insights to continuously improve recruitment strategies and optimize the talent pipeline.
Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions to provide insights that inform talent acquisition strategies and decision.
Function as a subject matter expert for the hiring process and it’s supporting technology, Workday.
Lead project teams and execute initiatives across your direct TA team.
Partner with the Talent Acquisition Recruitment Marketing and Advertising Team to help fill positions and evaluate new resources and strategies, as needed.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years working in Talent Acquisition
2+ years leading and managing a team of direct reports.
Preferred Qualifications:
Working in a Talent Acquisition role supporting data science, analytics, or IT positions
Experience working in Workday.
Familiarity with OFCCP practices.
Strong operational mindset.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$75,400.00 - $182,549.40
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
