Sodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian for a part time (24 hours/week) position at Women & Infants Hospital in Providence, RI , part of the Care New England System. Women & Infants is a teaching hospital affiliated with Brown University. In this role, you will primarily work with oncology and maternity patients. T he budgeted wage for this position is $32/hr .

The successful candidate will:

• provide direct patient care on inpatient units and in our infusion center;

• maintain a strong working knowledge of nutrition standards of care; and

• serve as an active member of the multidisciplinary care team.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)(Note:For those seeking registration after 2023, a master’s degree will be required)

Basic Functional Experience - 3 years experienced practitioner able to work with minimal supervision

Credentials Requirement:

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)

• Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice

• Specialty credential in area(s) of focused practice, as applicable, or advanced practice certification (RD-AP/RDN-AP)
