Position Title: Associate Director of Enrollment Marketing Department/School: Communications & Marketing Salary/Pay Rate: $65,000 - $75,000 Job Summary: Marist is seeking an innovative and strategic Associate Director of Enrollment Marketing who is responsible for leading the planning, development, and execution of the College's enrollment marketing strategy for undergraduate, graduate, transfer, adult, military, and high school summer programs. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic Communications and Marketing team and be part of a college on the rise as you help lead the development of targeted campaigns deployed via email, social media, digital marketing, events, and others. The Associate Director will help enhance segmentation strategies to tailor communications to prospective student and families’ needs. We are looking for an analytical and data-driven thinker who can bring technical savvy, excellent communication skills, and fresh out-of-the-box thinking to help produce compelling and interesting content through our digital platforms in support of the college’s recruiting and reputation goals. The ideal candidate will have experience successfully collaborating with a variety of campus stakeholders to tell our story in a compelling manner across multiple platforms with a "whatever it takes" attitude. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in lead generation, enrollment marketing, and social media Regularly considers the customer journey as communications flows become increasingly complex Excellent written and oral communications skills; flawless editing to support clear ideas Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environment Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous environments and adapts easily to change Able to work under pressure quickly, effectively and efficiently Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, business or a related field Essential Functions: Experience in higher education admissions and/or marketing, monitoring for conversations, activities, and trends that may serve as opportunities for the organization. Serve as day-to-day contact for a majority of admission segments with support from the Director for larger audiences. Develop enhanced email and content segmentation strategies based upon the needs of admission to help increase new student enrollment yield and increase selectivity in our applicant pools. Understand how to analyze CRM data, google analytics, and reports to create recommendations based on data. Know how to evaluate past performance and how to present new ideas and merchandise. Prioritize collaboration with admission and students to build network of campus content creators, and build consensus and strategy surrounding premier admission events. Bring a positive and can-do approach to creating rich content to be used across all marketing channels including but not limited to email, social, display, website and print Assist the Director of Marketing in planning and implementing strategies for lead generation Work with an agency to execute paid social media and digital programmatic campaigns including the creation of content, placement of pixels on our website, working with the creative team to develop ads, and reporting out campaign effectiveness Manage interns to assist with the execution of enrollment marketing strategies All other duties as assigned Required Application Documents: Resume, Cover Letter, & Contact Information of 3 Professional References Benefits: The position includes a comprehensive benefit package*. Tuition Benefits: Up to 16 undergraduate credits per semester. Up to 18 graduate credit per academic calendar. Eligibility extends to employee, spouse, and dependent children under age 26. College pays 100% tuition only.
