As part of our team, your expertise will be called upon to encourage and coach your team to create best-in-class customer experiences by connecting with our customers and innovating by sharing ideas that have real business impacts. You will have the opportunity to connect, develop relationships, and offer value-added solutions to customers in your local community. You will receive ongoing training and development to ensure you have all the necessary skills support the team and find solutions and/or the products that best suit our customers. We are there when our customers need us so you will have the ability to work a flexible schedule.
Who You Are…
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Skilled in leading and inspiring a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Skilled in delivering exceptional customer service and sales experience
• Accountability to create and deliver business plans to meet regional, store, and employee targets
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, (40 hours/week), navigate multiple computer systems and multitask
• A good knowledge of english is necessary as this role requires regular communication with customers and/or team members in other provinces.
